• Booking: Clients must book appointments online in advance. Walk-ins are welcomed based on availability.
• Cancellations: Require at least 24-48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in a fee of 25% of the service.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to pay 35% of your Service.
• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service.
• If late arrivals affect other appointments a late fee may apply.
• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods: (You can pay through Booksy app, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash app or Tap pay.)
• No refunds on services. If a client is dissatisfied, they must notify the salon within [3] days for a potential adjustment.
• Adjustments will be offered at the salon’s discretion and must be booked within [7] days of the original service.
• Due to safety and space limitations, children and extra guests are only allowed to stay in the waiting area.
• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
• Clients with scalp conditions (e.g., lice, infections) may be refused service until the issue is resolved.
• Please arrive with detangled hair (if required for the service). Detangling fees may apply.
• The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. If anything is left in the salon, you have 30 days before it’s thrown out.
• Client information is confidential and will not be shared without consent.
The salon maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. Clients who violate this policy will be refused service.
